Under this scheme, registered farmers and their assistants can enjoy nutritious meals at just ₹5 per plate through a coupon-based system within mandi premises. This initiative aims to reduce the financial burden on agricultural workers and ensure access to affordable, hygienic, and balanced food during market hours.

🍛 Key Benefits of the Kisan Kaleva Scheme

• Nutritious meal for ₹5 per plate for registered farmers and their helpers.

  • 8 chapatis (250 grams of flour)

  • 1 bowl of dal (125 grams)

  • 1 bowl of vegetables (125 grams)

  • 50 grams of jaggery (October–March)

  • 200 ml of buttermilk (April–September)

This balanced diet ensures nutrition and energy for farmers during their long working hours at the markets.

🔹 Registration Steps

1. Visit the official Rajasthan Agriculture portal.

2. Click on “Register” to open the SSO registration page.

3. Choose your category under “Citizen” – either Jan Aadhaar or Google.

4. • For Jan Aadhaar: Enter your Jan Aadhaar number → Verify OTP → Complete registration.

   • For Google: Log in with Gmail → Create SSO ID and password → Enter mobile number → Submit registration.

🔹 Apply Online

1. Log in to the official portal using your SSO ID.

2. Open the dashboard and click on “RAJ-KISAN.”

3. Under “Farmer,” select “Application Entry Request.”

4. Enter your Bhamashah ID or Jan Aadhaar ID and search.

5. Choose your name and scheme name.

6. Complete Aadhaar authentication and provide required details:

   • Bank details

   • Verification details

   • Upload necessary documents

7. Submit the application form.

🎟️ Coupon Distribution and Usage

• Farmers selling produce in mandis will receive up to two (2) food coupons per entry card.

• Hamal/Palledar/Tulara license holders receive one (1) food coupon based on their license number.

• Each coupon is valid for 24 hours.

• Coupons are verified by the Kaleva operator’s system, after which the meal is served at a concessional rate of ₹5.
