Agricultural Activities Scheme for Persons with Disabilities – Haryana

The “Agricultural Activities for Persons with Disabilities” scheme is implemented by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam, Government of Haryana.

Under this scheme, loans up to ₹10,00,000 are provided to eligible persons with disabilities for:

• Agricultural production and irrigation

• Horticulture and sericulture

• Purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment

• Agricultural services and marketing of agricultural products

Agricultural Activities Scheme for Persons with Disabilities – Haryana Benefits

Eligible persons with disabilities can receive a loan of up to ₹10 lakh for various agricultural and allied activities, including production, irrigation, horticulture, and marketing.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana.

• The applicant must have a minimum 40% disability.

• The applicant must be 18 years or older.

  • For individuals with mental disabilities, the age limit is relaxed to 14 years.

Application Process (Online via Antyodaya-SARAL Portal)

Step 1: Visit the official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal.
Step 2: If not already registered, click on “New User” under Sign In Here and complete the registration with your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password, and State.
Step 3: Verify your mobile number and email through OTP to complete the registration.
Step 4: Log in using your registered Email ID, Password, and Captcha.
Step 5: Click on “Apply for Services” → “View All Available Services.”
Step 6: Search for the scheme name and click to open the application form.
Step 7: Fill in all required details, upload documents, and click “Submit.”
