The Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Meghalaya has launched the ‘Maintenance of Horti Hubs’ scheme to promote hi-tech floriculture in the state. The scheme focuses on producing high-quality, disease-free flower varieties and serves as a training and demonstration centre for individuals interested in floriculture as a livelihood.

Organizing demonstration-cum-training programs on hi-tech floriculture.
Renovation and repair of old horticulture hubs.
✅ Eligibility
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Meghalaya.
Must be a bona fide farmer engaged in agriculture.
Must own or lease a minimum of 0.2 hectares of land.
📝 Application Process (Offline)
Write an application on plain paper.
Attach all required documents (self-attested if necessary).
Submit the application to the nearest Horticulture Development Officer at your CD Block or Horticulture Circle Office.
Beneficiaries will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
